Posted a dispute and never received dispute emails, and then they closed it and would not reconsider. It's clear that they are under orders to reject the claim if at all possible. I ordered two class 6 sdhc memory cards and they never arrived. I lodged a dispute and the seller sent me a mail confirmation. Except when I received the 'item' they just had an old chinese coin in the parcel. Paypal says I have to 'return the item' but I have to pay the postage that can be tracked online. It will cost me $25 to send the coin back to China to get a $25 refund. I will be very careful with feedbacks in future. So much for paypal protection and yes it's impossible to type a free text response. The only choices I have is 'supply a tracking number' or 'cancel my claim'. They will cancel my claim anyway after ten days and I lose my money. What a stupid system and the shonky seller will egt away with it. How many people are they 'ripping off'.
