Heavy Paypal users (like myself) seems to have a love/hate relationship. Its a great service for customers and for merchants (they have the easiest merchant account setup). But once you have a problem then they just seem to not have any dispute regulation system. Many large companies have used them but then dropped them for another merchant account system. I use them for eBay but whenever ive had a dispute it just never gets resolved...its just up in the air.
I would prefer using money-order for eBay purchases but they are just not accepted by many eBay merchants.
Oh well...PayPal has a monopoly and we just have to live with it.

Call them up and see if you can't appeal it on the grounds you chose the wrong option.

It is a shame.

1-3% fee on all transactions straight in their pocket, yet, all we get is automatically generated customer service replies.
