Now you’ve had the introduction on what the Get Rich Project actually is about, allow me to introduce myself.

I’m like you. I don’t like thinking about money one second more than I have to. In the past, I was lucky if I thought about it at all!

It was this sort of attitude that landed me in trouble. By the time I was 21, I was over £12,000 in debt and sinking fast. I’m 23 now, and things are looking much brighter. I’ve only £1000 of my debt still out-standing and a plan for getting myself financially independent by the time I’m 28 — only five years away!

As you’ve probably gathered, I am not a financial advisor of any sorts. I’m an average guy (a web developer, actually), with a wife and child to support. I don’t make a huge wage, nor do I have access to any more cash or resources than you might. In fact, I’m in no way any more qualified to give advice than you are.
