How Would You Improve The Get Rich Project?

Just a (very) short post this evening.
I’ve been blogging at The Get Rich Project for about 4 months now and I’d like some honest feedback, if you please. Everything from colour scheme to layout, to content… anything and everything! If you think of something to say, please say it (so long as it’s constructive).
Blogs are partnerships between the authors and the readers, and I’d like you guys to be a part of The Get Rich Project as it moves forward.
Your honest feedback will be appreciated and incorporated into the redesign I have under way. How would you improve the site? What would you change? What am I doing right, and (more importantly) what am I doing wrong?

I am only new to your blog but I am very impressed with your design and layout. The minimalist design struck from the very beginning. I think you don’t need yo change anything in that respect. I will have a look around and see if there is anything else ;)
